At Alder Jewellers Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Alder Jewellers velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Atelier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within Paris or your local region.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
